Bishop's Fruit Salad

This is one of my all-time favorite things to eat. Yummy! Yummy! Yum! It's a recipe I picked up when I was serving a mission for my church in Florida. I got it from my Bishop's wife, but the recipe really is called 'Bishop's Fruit Salad.' Ha! Ha!

Assortment of fresh fruits, such as:
strawberries
peaches
blueberries
raspberries
grapes
blackberries
pineapple
kiwi
apples
bananas

1 cup orange juice (use good-quality stuff; not the frozen, re-constituted stuff; purchased orange juice works better than fresh-squeezed)
1 packet Jell-o lemon pudding packet (be sure to use the pudding and not the gelatin even though it seems counter-intuitive to do so)

Wash, cut, and prepare desired fruit. Toss together in large bowl.

In separate bowl, thoroughly combine 1 cup orange juice  and 1 packet jell-o lemon pudding packet. Slowly add orange juice mixture to bowl of fruit and toss to coat. Keep adding a little at a time until you have the desired mix. If you have less fruit, you'll need less orange juice mixture. If you have more fruit, you'll need more orange juice mixture. If you overdo it, it gets sloppy and slimy, so use a light hand.
