While the Disney parks are closed in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Disney has generously shared recipes for some of its most iconic park treats, including the famous Dole Whip.
1 large scoop of ice cream*
4 ounces pineapple juice
2 cups frozen pineapple
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into a glass for serving. Enjoy!
*The original Dole Whip is dairy-free, so to re-create the real deal, you'll want to use dairy-free ice cream. You may want to consider taking it even a step further . . . Dole sells a dairy-free pineapple soft serve mix on Amazon, available HERE, that you could use in place of the ice cream (note that you will need an ice cream maker/machine to churn the soft serve mix into the proper consistency). The directions that come on the bag are for a professional soft serve machine. To make a smaller amount on a standard 2-quart home machine, thoroughly mix 8-ounces of the soft serve powder with 2 cups of cold water until completely dissolved. Add an additional 2 cups of cold water and mix until combined. Then freeze the mixture according to the directions on your ice cream machine for 25-30 minutes.
Dole has also posted an official recipe. The Dole recipe is different from the Disney recipe . . .

1 banana, peeled and frozen
2-1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
